-Prior to getting a sewin and in-between sewins you should throughly wash and deep condition your hair.

-Tie your hair every night w/ satin cap, pillow or scarf.

-When washing your sewin ALWAYS sit under the hair dryer to properly dry your braids underneath and your extenions.

-Use as less heat as possible on your hair and extensions.

-Always detangle your hair/extensions from ends to root
